The 88th Medical Group, located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, is one of the largest and most comprehensive medical facilities in the U.S. Air Force, serving over 62,000 eligible beneficiaries. It operates the Wright-Patterson Medical Center, the Air Force's second-largest medical center, which functions as a major military and civilian integrated healthcare platform. The facility also plays a critical role in the National Disaster Medical System as a Federal Coordinating Center and Patient Reception Area.
